Simone Elkeles Perfect Chemistry - A Review

Simone Elkeles Perfect Chemistry - A ReviewSimone Elkeles Perfect Chemistry has become one of the best selling lesbian romances ever written. After five years of hard work and hundreds of pages of theory, the book is finally available to the public as a hardback in a paperback format and is available as an eBook and e-book.Simone Elkeles comes from a family that had no idea of being lesbians. The plot begins with the story of 'mom' who leaves her husband because she is not able to satisfy him sexually anymore, while also leaving her three daughters, a baby, and the baby's mother without a father. In turn, this results in her sister and best friend setting out to prove her unfaithfulness, which were not just a lie, but an outright lie.A tragic accident has left Simone with a brain tumor. Her doctors told her that this could cause her to lose her ability to remember things, but somehow, she continues to live without her memory, even without having any mental issues. She remains in a ne ar vegetative state after her brain surgery, and every year, her husband and sisters drive her back to the hospital, where they are expected to be told that her life will be prolonged for an indefinite amount of time. However, at the end of each year, Simone is given a few hours to speak to the doctors, even though she is still living on a wheel chair.Simone attempts to write the book after her older sister, who writes 'The Grace Lie,' contacts her asking for help. Simone decides to write the book, but not only is it too long, it is nearly impossible to read. Fortunately, a friend of Simone's helps her write the book, and they are finally able to sell it to a publishing company, but only after hiring a ghostwriter to make a new cover for the book. The first edition of The Perfect Chemistry had no covers, but when the first edition was reprinted, they included a couple of photos. The other issue with the book was that it became much easier to detect what was in the book. The more popu lar the book became, the more cover photos and text were added, but the text changed throughout the editions. The book was eventually published with a new cover, and a new title: Simone and Grace Lie. The E-book version of the book is designed to work exactly like the traditional paperback, but the E-book version of the book is not as long and does not have the strict formatting of the paperback edition. While there is no doubt that the book is quite good, the bulk of the reviews talk about the three versions of the book that were published. Some people complain that the differences in the book are very slight, but this is a common complaint with all romance novels that sell very well. People feel that the differences in the book are so slight that they can't tell that it is a different book.

The Best Way to Learn the TOEFL Test

The Best Way to Learn the TOEFL TestIf you are trying to find out what is the best way to learn the TOEFL test, then you might need to find a TOEFL speaking tutor who can help you get through the testing process without having to spend lots of money on private tuition. In order to get through the test with as little difficulty as possible, it is important that you choose a tutor who can give you detailed instructions on how to approach the test and help you understand each section, the mistakes you make, and what mistakes you should avoid. There are two things that you need to do in order to pass the test. First, you have to be familiar with the basics of the language and the format of the test, and second, you have to think about what you would like to say in the test and be able to speak and write it correctly. In order to help you with these two aspects, there are a number of TOEFL speaking tutors that will be able to give you feedback based on your performances. The first part of t he test consists of just listening to sentences and reading passages. You need to be able to pick up words and phrases at a rapid rate, and have the ability to repeat them back to yourself or say them aloud correctly. It is important that you understand how to draw a diagram to show a sentence, but you also need to be able to take note of where different parts of a sentence go and what they are. If you do not pay attention to the correct placement of a noun phrase, you will be penalized for it.The second part of the test consists of reading the entire document and taking notes on what you have read. This is so you can find the parts of speech in a sentence that you did not notice the first time around. You need to be able to identify and understand if someone said 'in the park', 'on the grass', 'around the lake', or 'before the door'. You also need to be able to listen to yourself correctly and comprehend what you have said.Speaking practice is also a good way to get an idea of what you sound like when you speak the language. You want to be able to sound natural and speak confidently. You will also want to use a number of different ways to spell words, phrases, and phrases. When you understand how to do this correctly, then you will be able to speak confidently and accurately. The TOEFL speaking tutor will provide you with feedback to help you understand what you should be doing and how you can improve your performance. They will not tell you that you have done well or given you the score to go with it, but they will give you suggestions that you can use to improve your speaking skills. They will also be able to help you improve your reading skills, which is another way to increase your chance of passing the test.If you want to know what is the best way to learn the TOEFL test, then you might need to find a TOEFL speaking tutor who can help you with both the speaking test and the writing test. Either way, you will be better off when you find someone who can tea ch you everything you need to know.

Which Chinese Dialect Should I Learn

Which Chinese Dialect Should I Learn From Mandarin to Cantonese - Which Chinese Dialect Should You Learn? Chapters Mandarin Chinese What About Cantonese instead of Mandarin? Learning Shanghainese Other Chinese LanguagesWhen it comes to business, speaking Mandarin Chinese would be hugely beneficial. While Japanese and German still remain useful languages for anyone wanting to work in business, there are so many people want to learn Chinese thanks to the country’s economic growth and globally-recognisable culture.Chinese is becoming an increasingly popular choice for students in schools and universities and is showing no signs of slowing down. However, there's something special about the Chinese language that you should know about: there's no such thing as a single Chinese language and culture. The Chinese speaking world is actually a group of related languages and dialects that, in some cases, are so different to one another that somebody speaking one of the languages would not be able to be understood by a speaker of another. Put simply, there are a lot of Chinese people who can't talk to each other because their version of “Chinese” is completely different. With dozens of languages and dialects spoken across China and language learning being such a long process,  it's very unlikely that anyone would be able to learn to speak all the different Chinese languages. While learning a few Chinese words, phrases, and some simple vocabulary will probably only take a few weeks, if you want to get familiar with Chinese characters, master Chinese grammar, and become fluent in your new language, you're going to have to study for a while. With that in mind, let’s see which language is the most important when it comes to integrating into Chinese culture and settling in China.Learn also about the many varieties of Chinese language spoken today... This makes it a popular choice amongst those wanting to study Chinese or go to mainland China. In fact, when people say that they're decided to learn to speak Chinese, they probably mean that they're going to learn Mandarin since most Chinese language courses will be teaching the Mandarin language.Mandarin Chinese is generally used for business in China and is one of the most useful languages for international business. (Source: InstaWalli)You’re probably wondering what other languages the Chinese speak, too.  It’s estimated tha t around 30 million people are currently learning Mandarin. There are also studies that claim that Mandarin might be the world’s most popular language amongst learners. This is probably why there are so many universities partnering with the Confucius Institute and offering regular Chinese classes to their students and the public. You'll hardly be surprised to find out learning Chinese is becoming more popular outside of the classroom, too!The British Council has also said that Mandarin Chinese is the fourth most important language for Britain’s future! As the world’s 2nd biggest economic power, China is Europe’s second most popular trading partner, just after the United States, and accounts for around 160 billion Euros in trade. While once thought of as an impossible foreign language from a faraway land, Mandarin Chinese is now thought of as the language you have to know given how well China is performing economically.Find out more about Chinese’s influence around Asia. What About Cantonese instead of Mandarin?Every story has its sidekick who doesn’t get as much fame as they probably deserve. Batman had Robin, Fred Flintstone had Barney Rubble, and Wallace had Gromit.Cantonese is China's second language in terms of speakers and is famously used in Hong Kong cinema. (Source: Estial Photography)Mandarin was given official language status in China in 1956 while Cantonese remains in second place and largely ignored both by the Chinese and foreigners when it comes to learning languages.Cantonese is so much more than just a language with roots in the Chinese region of Guangdong (which used to be called Canton in the West).  So why should you consider learning Cantonese? While constantly in the shadow of Mandarin, Cantonese has had the opportunity to quietly grow and develop in the regions where it’s still spoken. Thanks to the economic power of the regions like Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Chinese communities abroad, where Cantonese is predominantly spo ken, the language remains most people’s first choice of language.Discover how you too can learn to speak Mandarin...  A Language for LinguistsThose who love languages are probably already more interested in Cantonese than they are Mandarin. With everybody seemingly learning Mandarin Chinese, there’s something quite interesting about the prospect of learning a language that’s both less popular and less accessible. With 8 tones and a number of similarities with Vietnamese, Cantonese can open doors to a number of regions that Mandarin won’t.Find out more about tones in Chinese by taking Chinese lessons.A Language for HistoriansWhile we’re certainly not forgetting about the history of Mandarin, the history of Cantonese is so rich and interesting that we couldn’t possibly write an articles on varieties of Chinese and not look at it briefly.Guangzhou, the 3rd largest city in China, has witnessed centuries of different political regimes. It’s a place that doesn’t need to pro ve anything to anyone.  It’s nicknamed the “City of the Five Rams” due to a Chinese legend in which 5 immortals rode 5 sheep. You could go as far to say that Guangzhou is an immortal city given the centuries of control it’s been subjected to.A Language for CinephilesHong Kong’s cinema, which is popular locally, nationally, and internationally, helps promote Cantonese. It has its own style and look that helps differentiate itself from other types of Chinese cinema.Understanding Mandarin Chinese mightn’t help you since the subtitles that are provided in Standard Chinese often do little justice to the original dialogue in Cantonese.Discover the fascinating history of the Chinese language...A Language for TravellersBeautiful, modern, and historic. Hong Kong, much like Shanghai, attracts migrants from all over the world. Since Hong Kong was formerly a British Colony, it’s significantly more westernised than the mainland. However, it’s managed to hold onto its Chinese roots , too. When people say Hong Kong Chinese, they’re really talking about Hong Kong Cantonese. In fact, Cantonese is both Hong Kong’s official language and the lingua franca. Put simply, if you’ve set your sights on Hong Kong for either work or travel, you’re going to have to learn Cantonese rather than Mandarin Chinese. Learning ShanghaineseShanghai is the biggest city in China, a global economic hub, and home to the world’s second tallest skyscraper, the Shanghai tower.Read about everything you need to help you learn Chinese...Shanghai, which was once a farming town, has been an important port since the Qing dynasty. (Source: pixabay.com)As the economic centre of Asia, it’s hardly surprising to learn that both Mandarin and English are used in order to close deals. However, Shanghai, which is home to 20 million people, has its own language and dialect which is known as Shanghainese, the Shanghainese dialect, the Hu language, or the Hu dialect. While Mandarin Chinese is taught in schools around the People’s Republic of China from the age of 6, the local language is the one spoken on the streets of Shanghai in the shadows of massive skyscrapers. You’re probably thinking, “Why should I learn a local dialect instead of learning the standard Mandarin Chinese?”I’m not going to lie... That’s a very valid question to ask. After all, most people in Shanghai can speak Mandarin Chinese to some degree and  Shanghai is also home to a significant migrant population that doesn't speak the local language. However, whether you’re an exchange student in China, an expat looking to start a business, or just a tourist travelling through Shanghai, knowing how to speak the local lingo comes with a number of benefits. The Shanghainese like to stick together and promote the use of their local language.  Thus, socialising with the locals in Shanghai and avoiding the expat communities can be difficult if you haven’t bothered to learn their language.I played it safe: took Mandarin lessons with a Superprof tutor! As a member of the Wu language family, which is the second largest linguistic group in China, there are also a tonne of economic and financial benefits to mastering this language. While Mandarin and Shanghainese are not mutually intelligible, the latter has borrowed heavily from the former. This means that if you know a lot of Mandarin, it could be helpful if you decide to start learning Shanghainese.Would you try your hand a learning Chinese's four tones?   Other Chinese LanguagesWhile you might hear languages like Min (spoken in Fuijian and Taiwan), Xiang (in Hunan Province), and Manchu referred to as “dialects” in order to legitimise Mandarin Chinese as the official language of China, most linguists don't like to use the term.According to historians, Old Chinese was closer to Tibetan languages than modern Chinese dialects. (Source: Wikimedia Commons)China is brimming with local languages that bear little resemblance to Mandarin Chin ese as it’s spoken in Beijing. These languages have existed for many years and survived in the face measures to standardise Chinese. Most regions still have regional languages which are used daily by local groups, too.Focusing on one of these local languages could be great for somebody interested in linguistics, anthropology, Chinese history, or anybody wanting to deepen their understanding of local Chinese culture and history for university research, for example.Don’t forget about Pinyin, either.Find a private tutor to help you learn Mandarin Chinese:Mandarin lessons LondonChinese lessons London

How to De-Stress Your Life Improve Productivity - Introvert Whisperer

Introvert Whisperer / How to De-Stress Your Life Improve Productivity - Introvert Whisperer How to De-Stress Your Life Improve Productivity Intro: Are you tired of feeling bogged down by a seemingly never-ending number of things you have on your to-do list? Do you feel like you don’t remember what your life was like without stress? Sometimes it can feel like your life is in a permanent state of stress that you are unable to get out of. In reality, stress is something that will come and go in life. Its important to be able to manage your stress so that in busy times you can compartmentalize the stress and see it simply as a passing feeling. Follow these steps if you’re looking to de-stress your life and give yourself more time to focus on what makes you happy. 1 Learn stress-coping techniques If you find yourself overwhelmed with stress often, it can be a good idea to learn some coping techniques to help you through stressful times. Learn these tricks to manage your stress: Stay positive: keeping yourself in a positive mindset can help mitigate feelings of overwhelming stress. When you feel yourself stressing out over a situation or deadline, reframe your initial reaction into a more positive one. Think about all the reasons you are thankful for the responsibility and ability to work. Additionally, relinquishing control over your circumstances can help put you in a more positive mindset. Telling yourself that stress will happen, and simply acknowledging the feeling and not trying to micromanage everything, will help you to stay positive. Another way you can stay positive while in a period of stress is journaling. Journaling when you wake up in the morning can set the tone for the day. You can use journaling as a method of relaxation as well as a way to practice gratitude. Remain calm: If stress affects you in a physical way, use coping mechanisms to find relief. One way of remaining calm in times of stress is starting a meditation or yoga routine. Taking time each day to dedicate to a practice that focuses on grounding yourself is a great way to de-stress. Another calming practice you can adopt is to use breathing exercises in high-stress situations. The box breathing technique, implemented by the Navy Seals to remain calm in stressful situations, can be used for instant stress relief. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds. Try this a few times to instantly slow your heart rate and put you in a more relaxed state. 2 Stay organized A good way to ensure that you remain calm when you have several things going on at once is to stay organized. Writing down everything you need to do can help you easily stay on top of tasks. Write down all of your tasks for the week in a place where you will be reminded of them such as the calendar app on your phone. Set alerts to let yourself know when it’s time to start a new task. Reward yourself by crossing off each item when complete for a sense of accomplishment! Another way of staying organized in order to promote less stress is to not procrastinate. Stress often builds up when tasks build up. Therefore, completing tasks as they arrive or making a detailed to-do list and sticking to it can really help reduce stress when it comes to deadlines. 3 Get enough sleep In times of stress, we often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to complete all the tasks we need to get done. This can lead to us staying up late, waking up early, and even pulling all-nighters to get things done on time. Note that different ages need different amounts of sleep in order to function properly. For most adults, getting between 7-9 hours of interrupted sleep is ideal. In addition to focusing on getting the proper amount of sleep, we should consider the quality of sleep we’re getting. In order to wake feeling fully rested and ready to take on the day, we need to get good quality sleep. A lack of quality sleep can affect brain function and can leave us feeling groggy and tired. In order to get good quality sleep, we should go to bed feeling calm and relaxed. In order to achieve this relaxation, we should spend the 30 minutes before bed avoiding looking at our phones, reading a good book, stretching, drinking herbal tea, or doing any action that helps us unwind. 4 Say no to added responsibilities If you find yourself easily overwhelmed because you have too much on your plate, start saying no to added responsibilities when possible. Getting ahead at work, helping out more, or going to optional events isn’t worth sacrificing your mental health. Learn how to say to added responsibilities if you know it will cause stress. Additionally, leave time for yourself. Your social and work schedules should never be fully booked. Saying no to added responsibilities means also leaving room for self-care. Self-care isn’t always about spending money at a spa and treating yourself, but rather giving yourself time to unwind and relax. Don’t forget to leave time for yourself in order to re-energize so that when it’s time to get back to your tasks you feel less overworked and more focused. Outro: Although it’s nearly impossible to avoid stress entirely, finding ways to help you manage stress can make those times of high stress feel less daunting. Learning coping techniques, staying organized, getting enough sleep, and saying no to added responsibilities are all great ways to ensure you stay happy and healthy even in stressful times. Author Bio
